Overtime, a wound would gradually heal.
And when it is completely healed,
It will no longer hurt when you touch it.
However, upon looking at the scar,
You would be reminded of the pain.
And that is when you tell yourself,
NEVER to fall again.

But we humans never learn, or do we?
